A1. Native SDKs: Windows 10/11, Web: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox via WebHID, WebUSB

Q2. Do you offer RESTful APIs or sample code for demo?
A2. Yes. Swagger-documented REST / JSON APIs, .NET/Java/Python SDKs and ready-made sample code for demo as well.

DATA SECURITY & PRIVACY

Q3. How is the signature data protected in transit and at rest?
A3. AES-256-GCM end-to-end encryption between the pad and your application. Optional TLS 1.3 mutual authentication and FIPS 140-3 Level 3 key storage inside the pad’s Secure Element (SE). We provide a Data-Flow Diagram and SOC 2-Type II report.

Q4. Can the solution be deployed on-premise to keep data inside our country?
A4. Absolutely. All processing logic can run on your own server or private cloud. No external call-outs are required; analytics and license checks can be done offline with quarterly license tokens.

A5. CE, FCC, CB, UL, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, TAA-compliant manufacturing.

Q6. What is the MOQ and lead time for overseas orders?
A6. Standard MOQ 100 pcs; for 100-3000 units the lead time is 30–35 days ex-works Shenzhen.

Q7. Do you support OEM/ODM branding and packaging?
A7. Full white-label service: silk-screen logo, boot-up logo, color shell, private-label packaging, and multilingual quick-start guides. Tooling lead-time 14 days.

Q8. Warranty period and after-sales process?
A8. 12-month RTB warranty, extendable to 36 months. We offer online technical support from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (China Time), as well as certified local service providers for on-site support.
